The solution is available immediately, and can be configured with a variety of Analog & Digital PBX trunk cards and a variety of phone and/or video endpoints. Handsets purchased through HEI include remote configuration and provisioning support, so additional handsets “just work” when delivered. Systems are bundled with a tailored version of Asterisk, the Open Source PBX as well as HEI custom enhancements, and supports Microsoft’s Office Communications Server 2007 R2.
